Every year

There will be ten face-to-face training sessions at Virginia Lodge, Egham
Ten online sessions will be released on RightNowMedia.
We will have a conference (made up of at least three sessions) in Egham
We will take people to the LifeLInks UK Leadership Conference (made up of at least three sessions)

Each year, we will award a certificate of completion (that should count towards personal PDP hours) to people who have completed 20 sessions or more.
After 5 years and a hundred hours of teaching, you will be able to graduate from the RCF Academy.

We will cover many of these topics through the Academy.

4. The Prophetic and Apostolic Dimensions

• Understanding prophetic ministry in the local church (8th Sept 2025)

• Discerning and stewarding prophetic words
• Apostolic foundations and fivefold ministry (Eph 4:11)
• Recognising and releasing spiritual gifts

5. Developing Spiritual Discernment

• Speaking in tongues and the Interpretation of Tongues (13th Oct 2025)

• Hearing God’s voice clearly
• Wisdom in decision-making
• Prophetic intercession and spiritual insight

6. Vision, Mission and Direction

• Catching God's vision for the church
• Writing and communicating vision effectively
• Setting direction under the guidance of the Holy Spirit
• Staying faithful in the process of fulfilment

7. Character and Integrity

• Leading with purity and humility

• Developing a healthy inner life and emotional health (2nd February 2026)

• Accountability and transparency
• Dealing with personal failure and restoration

8. Building and Equipping the Body

• Discipleship and mentoring (1st Dec 2025)
